I am Krystal, and I come from Shanghai, China. I was born in Shanghai and stayed there for 25+ years. I graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, which is one of the top universities in Shanghai. Currently, I am working in Singapore as an Executive Assistant at Big 4. I have been teaching Mandarin here for 3 years, and most of my students are adults from different countries who are interested in learning Mandarin, like Japanese, Indian, Australian, American, British, etc. I also have some Singaporean students who would love to improve their Mandarin speaking in daily conversation and for business purpose for better communication with Chinese clients and explore China market.

To be honest, there is no foreign language that is easy to learn, and all language learning is based on pronunciation, grammar, sentence structure, and most importantly, practice/talking with a native speaker. For Chinese/Mandarin, Pinyin is the foundation, tone is the key to accurate pronunciation. The best way to master pronunciation is to speak more, talk more, and practice more.

Actually, it depends on how many times you make an effort to learn and practice, but I promise I would try my best to make you interested in learning and never waste your time and money.
