Hi. My name is Pattara or you can call me Joyce. I am a Chinese born and grew up in Bangkok, Thailand. I can speak, read and write Thai proficiently. Apart from Thai, I can also converse in Cantonese and some basic Mandarin. Before I started my career in Singapore, I was studying in the UK for 4 years. I love languages and I believe that the key to succeeding in learning different languages is to develop a basic understanding of the culture. Therefore, I try to provide my students with a basic understanding of Thai culture so that they can converse with a local and be able to 'click' with the local easily.
