Hi! My name is Arantxa and I’m from Castellón, a small city in the Valencian Community (South-Eastern coast of Spain). During my bachelor’s degree at university, I delved into two areas that have always been of special interest to me: language and literature. Indeed, during my Erasmus year, I had the opportunity to be a Spanish language assistant at the University of Cardiff (Wales), teaching conversation classes and providing support both to teachers and to small groups of students. What is more, I was also a volunteer teaching Spanish at a literacy level to groups of adult students in Barcelona. In fact, I’ve also done my master’s internship teaching English and preparing students for their certificate exams at the Official Language School (EOI) in Spain. Now, I’m a Spanish language assistant in a secondary school in Dublin 2.
Besides, if you're also interested in Catalan, we can also arrange classes for it!
The classes I offer are adapted to the needs of each student while providing enjoyable and dynamic methodologies. In this sense, my main aim in these classes is not only for the students to achieve their goals (such as passing a language certificate, improving their marks or their language skills) but also for them to discover the great advantages of learning a new language and to get a taste for it. If you want to start learning these wonderful languages or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me! Many thanks :)
