I am an Italian architect, I attended an art school, I am a swim instructor and a volunteer at a primary school. I enjoy teaching Italian, I think the easiest way to learn a language is conversation, maybe starting chatting about hobbies or something interesting for the student. The best way to learn is having fun.
Italian could be hard, we have female/male noun, a lot of verbs, but in the same time you can read exactly as you write. Other this, I start to practise my English in a foreign country, I completely understand how much can be frustrating.
It can be. Italian is considered one of the easiest language to learn.
If you study 12 hours a week, in one year, you can be fluent in Italian. This a calculated by FSI.
