My name is Marco, I am a foreign-languages graduate and my biggest passion is to teach Italian to foreigners! I started working part-time as an online tutor since 2014, reaching so many students all over the world and taking 500 classes or so.
I love teaching, because I love learning. Currently, I speak 6 languages: English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German and a little Swedish (I am very beginner here).
It is surprisingly interesting how the knowledge I have of other languages can fasten the learning process of my students.
I am open minded and friendly, so you won't find a strict and severe teacher that gets students bored! I use a highly efficient method that will train the four skills, so to build a solid wall of knowledge.
What I ask you is to feel comfortable and make mistakes, because they are the only way to learn and remember things for a long term.
Don't worry, I'll do my best to make you feel at ease!
See you in the class! Bye!
The easiest way to learn Italian is to live the city, from simple actions, like going to the local markets and buy food, to meeting people in the wonderful celntral squares. Also, there are so many cultural events, or open-air bars and pubs, where to meet people, listen to a guide and join groups of foreigners, which you can share you experience with.
It is, if you choose the right teacher and you feel comfortable with him/her. The most important thing that you do not have to forget is that your success depends also on the time you decide to spend to practice actively the language. The more you practice, the more you are willing to make mistakes without feeling stupid, the better!
I'll tell you a secret: the best way to learn languages is REPETITION! The more you repeat an expression, a phrase, an idiom, the closer you get to your native language level experience.
