I’ve worked as a hotliner to help customers with technical assistance. My role was to diagnose the issue with their internet connection(ADSL),their telephone (VOIP)and their television(IPTV) and provide assistance.
I was later promoted to the back office. I had manage the customer’s file from the subscription to the activation of the internet connection which required to constantly contact France Telecom, perform tests on the line and assist the client with any technical issues.
I have been highly recognised for providing support to the management, other departments and the external agencies. Liaising with different sectors and staff members, I was efficient in dealing with enquiries and providing relevant information as required. I ensured that the information was recorded, updated, filed accurately, as well as telephone and email queries were dealt with swiftly. I was often challenged with a variety of duties and regularly tapped by my senior in accomplishing desired outcomes.
With five years of customer care experience, I have the required competence to meet and exceed client's requests at an extended level. I have been constantly recognized for my positive attitude and reliability in undertaking supplement duties.
Moreover, I was assigned the role of Network Specialist at Orange Business Services where I had to deal with clients around the world specifically France, Poland, Russia, Germany, and India. We were a high spirited 24/7 team who monitored routers, switches, and firewalls and did troubleshooting whenever the service was down.
