Born with Chinese and French heritage, I had the privilege to witness different cultures. I am actually a student at the City University of Hong Kong and study Management, I speak fluently 3 languages (English, French, and Romanian), and German with an approximate B2 level. I am also learning Mandarin and Spanish. I lived 8 years in Paris and 11 other years in foreign countries. I have always loved to learn some new languages and since know what are their challenges. I will provide the most qualitative lesson in order to help you get in touch with the french culture! Furthermore, as a young adult, I am much more sensitive to new expressions. I will be able to teach you the French language but also the French culture, the French traditions, history and much more! My principal qualities are open-mindedness, receptiveness, and being very attentive. I am also a professional Fencer willing to go to the Olympics, as it reflects my determination, my hardworking and my ability to manage school, sport, and social life. Is French easy to learn?
All languages are difficult to learn. In my opinion french is not easy to learn and it requires a lot of practice but the hardest part is the grammar while speaking is much more welcoming! Grammar is quite a struggle for all french natives so don't worry, you can become a fluent speaker without being perfect in grammar.
Is it difficult to learn French in Hong Kong?
It is obviously harder since Cantonese isn't a Latin language but after learning the sounds it is much easier, the best would be 2-3 hours per week, and a continuous workload at home.
