I have been teaching English for over three years now, here in South Africa and also in China. I have a Law Degree as well as a TEFL Certificate. Even though I only taught English as a second language in China for a few months before the pandemic, I was able to help my students improve their English grades both in English school and Chinese school. I believe that learning English can be challenging especially if one is learning it as a second language in a non-native country. However, just like any other language or thing that you learn in life, it requires practice and hard work. The easy way to learn English is to practice speaking the language. Practice makes perfect. I always encourage my students to speak more no matter their level of English.
