Born in Cork and have lived here most of my life. My hobbies range from outdoor hikes and climbing to listening to music and most media. I have traveled to various places and along my way, I had great opportunities and experiences. Teaching has come into my life along the way and I have got to teach many ages and people from many walks of life. I have received my TEFL as well as smaller documents in teaching along the way. Right now I'm currently in the process of a teaching degree and would hope to teach people along the way
I think Cork has its pros and cons when it comes to learning English. There are many great centers to learn from and many online opportunities to learn here too. I think cork people can be patient and have a good sense of humor which in a classroom dynamic can be a lot more comfortable.
I do think with what is going on right now in the world centers might not be as available as they used to which will of course hinder learning opportunities. I think the accent and speed can be strong at times which might be hard to pick up on the ear .In my defense I spent a lot of time trying to neutralize my accent and slow down my pace
