Currently studying for my gcses and will go on for A levels or IB at an International school. I'm fluent in English and born and grew up in England for most of my life. I went to a primary school then grammar school in England for many years of my childhood; before moving back here to Singapore. I go to school at an English speaking International school and I am currently doing my gcses right now. English is my favorite and best subject at school so I want to use my language to teach to others.
Yes if they learn phonics, plural and tenses well from the right tutor they will be able to speak fluent, well-spoken English.
Not long if they do the right amount of working, practicing and listening.
