I am Juno from Hongkong. My major study in college is Chinese language and literature. I am fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
I teach Mandarin in Laos before, in a village for children about 7-22 age.
Chinese definitely are one of the most difficult languages to pick up. Since we are the only logogram in the world now. Writing take time to pick up. But if you only wanna learn how to speak, that’s way easier. And keep practicing with native speakers. Within two months you will find out you ate halfway there.
Talk with native speakers
I would say not at all since that’s a lot of native speakers on the street . You always can in touch with them . All you need it just build up a basic level for the language.
