My name is Jinfei, I hold a Master's Degree in Education and I have experience in teaching Mandarin to primary and secondary school students as well as working adults in the US, South Korea and now Hong Kong! I am looking forward to teaching kids or adults from novice to advanced levels.
Recently I have received training on Oral Proficiency Interview. I became more familiar with how speaking proficiency is developed in time, and I am good at designing curriculum in order to maximize a language leaner's proficiency level in stead of performance, so the learner can comfortably apply learned language into real life situation.
Let's learn together!
It is easier than learning Mandarin in other countries. Although the native language is Cantonese, people in Hong Kong generally can understand and communicate in Mandarin. You would have more opportunities to practice Mandarin in real life.
I would say 2-3 times a week with 90 minutes per session. That would give you the frequency to refresh and reflect. The more the merrier of course!
