Hello there, Mingalarpar! I am a Burmese born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar. I have spent most of my time overseas after I graduated high school so for the past five years, I have been primarily speaking English (and Japanese). I am also currently a final year student at Monash University studying IT with a major in game development and design. Having said that, I have taught my fellow friends and juniors programming and the units I have done before. I can be very flexible and patient when explaining something and love to work out a solution together. I am currently studying Japanese at Uni and I have spoken basic to intermediate Japanese in the past. I also know very little Russian. I am more than willing to teach Myanmarsar to students who are interested in the language and excited to share my culture with the world.
Finding someone who can speak Burma(Myanmarsar) can be a bit of a challenge in my experience because I could hardly find anyone from the same country in Melbourne who is teaching Burmese. Studying-wise, it is really not that hard once you have understood its grammar.
I believe it can be difficult because there are not many Burmese nationalities living in Melbourne or people who can speak but teach the language so it can hard to remember certain words and pronunciations if you don't practice them daily.
