I have a PhD in Management. I speak fluently English and Italian.
Albanian is an independent branch of the Indo-European languages. it is not closely related to any other language even though, due to its historical past, it contains some Turkish words. It has 36 letters in the alphabet with very particular pronunciation. The language is considered to be a difficult language but, with the right tutoring it will be easy and fun to study.
It has two main dialects: Tosk spoken in southern Albania, based on which is spoken the official Albanian and, Geg spoken in northern Albania and Kosovo.
To practice with a native Albanian.
I would consider it quite difficult, especially in the pronunciation on certain syllabus.
