Am a Swahili lady teacher with over 10 years of experience in teaching British curriculum schools certified by the Teachers service commission.
I have a bachelors in Swahili and Geography. My preference is mostly teaching virtually from the comfort of your home. I teach both beginners and non beginners following his or her level and the need for learning the language. I use TPR ie total physical response in my teaching because physical activities strengthen the students understanding they are engaging as well as translation method more so for beginner students.
Most learners are visual as it has high memory retention.
