I own IELTS Academics 7.0, which would make it easier for us to communicate when you are new to Vietnamese.
My origin is from the Middle of Vietnam so my pronunciation is quite standard, easy to hear and it's good for you at first. Furthermore, I understand words from Northern, Southern, Western, and definitely Middle of Vietnam. This would help you very much if you have questions about its meaning and which ones are the right ones for writing.

Actually NO. Maybe it is not so hard to be skillful in speaking or writing, but yet, the grammar is out of this world, and different regions in Vietnam have different words and tones for the same things.
