Hello, I'm Rowena Gail S. Chen. I am an English speaker with 28 years of teaching experience worldwide, working with both kids and adults. Although learning a new language may be tedious and seemingly difficult, my primary goal is to ensure that my students not only learn effectively but also apply their newfound skills seamlessly in their daily conversations and lives. To achieve this, I customize lesson materials to match each student's unique learning style, pace, and capabilities.

Additionally, I've held various roles in prominent Call Centers, including Customer Support Representative, Sales Representative, Technical Support Representative, Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Recruitment Manager, and Team Lead. This diverse experience has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set to excel in these demanding roles.

Growing up in a very diverse culture of Chinese, Filipino, Spanish, and American descent has influenced in me many different things which I grew to be so passionate about - being multilingual, singing in different languages, dancing ( ballet, jazz, hip hop, and hula ), cooking all sorts of dishes; nature, sports, and strength exercises.
