*Qualified and a native speaker, possessing a range of methodologies and resources to utilize in stimulating interest, promoting creativity, and encouraging students to enjoy learning the Chinese language
*Academically rigorous, dynamic, and creative to develop new ideas and resources, as well as adapting to curriculum changes such as interactive instructional programs in all levels of Chinese learning
*Highly effective in differentiating lessons appropriately to meet the needs of the individual student and to ensure their knowledge and understanding of the language have deepened
